Glenda manages implementation of effective and efficient operational, financial and compliance activities to deliver chess tournaments and other projects in accordance with organization’s policies, guidelines and regulations that align with the mission and vision of Cebu Chess Society. She is our very own female National Arbiter who not only keep an eye on the games of chess in progress during a game but as well as in the organization as a whole.
